A Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. They act as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media
Provide accurate information about products and services
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Build robust customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Meet performance targets such as response time and resolution rate
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
