Job Summary We're looking for a motivated, target-driven Sales Counsellor to guide prospective clients through our immigration services — from initial consultation to enrollment. This role suits someone who enjoys direct client interaction, understands how to build trust quickly, and is comfortable working toward sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective clients on suitable immigration options
Understand client profiles and recommend appropriate immigration pathways
Convert leads into successful enrollments by meeting/exceeding sales targets
Maintain accurate client interaction records in CRM systems
Follow up consistently with leads and clients to support timely decisions




Coordinate with the case processing team for smooth client onboarding

Required Skills
Solid communication and persuasion skills
Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to close deals
Customer-first approach with active listening skills
Ability to explain complex processes clearly and confidently
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Basic computer proficiency (CRM, MS Office, email)

Qualifications
Any graduate; prior sales/counselling experience preferred but not mandatory
