Job Responsibilities:
Assist fertility specialists during IVF, IUI, and other reproductive procedures.
Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment patient counseling and education.
Monitor patients throughout fertility treatment cycles.
Coordinate appointments, investigations, and treatment schedules.
Administer medications, injections, and maintain treatment records.
Assist in egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and other IVF-related procedures.
Ensure proper infection control and patient safety standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and electronic medical records.
Provide compassionate care and emotional support to couples undergoing fertility treatment.
Requirements:
B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
Valid nursing registration.
Experience in IVF, Gynecology, Obstetrics, or Fertility Services preferred.
Solid communication and patient counseling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
