Job Title: MEP Engineer

Location: Chennai, India
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Design and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for commercial and residential projects.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Conduct load calculations, equipment sizing, and system integration.
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Perform site inspections to verify installation quality and compliance with IS codes and safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction and commissioning phases.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Master’s in MEP or Building Services preferred).
2–6 years of experience in MEP design and execution.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office.




Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire-fighting, and plumbing systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with green building standards and energy-efficient design.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Experience with large-scale infrastructure or high-rise projects in Chennai is an added advantage.
