Will have Interaction with clients through email for query resolution and should build and maintain valuable working Relationships with customers. Participate in process improvement initiatives, be flexible and change ready in a energetic work workplace.

Responsibilities: Data entry,
Copying information from one screen/source to another
Very low training ,ramp time(Between 0 to 5 days)
Standard processing approach in almost all scenarios
Very low AHT(Between 0 to 5 mins) for processing

Qualifications: Higher Education Diploma with 0 - 2 years of relevant experience
