We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive for service telecalling activities. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers regarding vehicle service reminders, feedback collection, service follow-ups, and maintaining valuable customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Call customers for service reminders and appointments
Follow up with customers after vehicle service
Collect customer feedback and update records
Handle customer enquiries and complaints politely
Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team
Maintain daily call reports and customer database
Promote AMC, service camps, and special offers
Ensure customer satisfaction through proper follow-up
Requirements
Plus Two / Degree / Diploma
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
Basic computer knowledge
