We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Civil Project Manager to manage and execute civil construction, structural rehabilitation, strengthening, and related projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and monitor civil/structural projects as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Supervise site execution and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, work orders, and project requirements.
Monitor project progress, manpower, material requirements, and site activities.
Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, measurements, and billing.
Identify project risks and resolve technical/site-related issues.
Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards, safety requirements,



and quality procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate inspections with clients/consultants.
Manage subcontractors and ensure work is executed according to contractual requirements.
Maintain proper project documentation and records.
B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
8–12 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project management.
Solid knowledge of civil and structural works, site execution, estimation, BOQ, billing, and project planning.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple project activities and site teams.

Pay: ₹10,868.34 - ₹50,000.00 per month
