Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automobile Sales Trainer to train and develop our sales team, improve product knowledge, strengthen selling skills, and drive better sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular training sessions for the automobile sales team.
Train employees on vehicle features, specifications, variants, USPs, and competitor products.
Develop skills in customer handling, needs analysis, presentation, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
Train the team on lead management, follow-ups, test drives, bookings, and conversions.
Conduct role plays, assessments, and refresher training programs.
Identify training needs and provide coaching to improve individual performance.
Work with Sales Managers to improve sales productivity and conversion rates.




Conduct induction training for recent sales employees.
Keep the team updated on new models, product updates, and market trends.
Prepare training reports and provide feedback to management.

Requirements
Mandatory: Automobile industry experience.
Experience in automobile sales, dealership operations, or sales training preferred.
Strong knowledge of automobile products and sales processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust coaching and team-development abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office/PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel to branches/showrooms when required.

Key Requirement: Candidates without relevant automobile industry experience will not be considered.

Pay: ₹15,389.86 - ₹48,514.15 per month
