We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Academic Counselor to guide and support students in making informed educational and career decisions. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills and a student-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on academic programs, courses, and career paths
Handle student inquiries (calls, walk-ins, and online leads)
Provide detailed information about courses and admission procedures
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
Maintain student records and counseling data
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)/ Plustwo
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust with students and parents
Prior experience in counseling or sales is an added advantage
