Job Description

We are looking for someone
Who is ready to take up ambitious goals, work within the constraints of the company to deliver them and in turn accelerate their career to the next level
Who is ready to do field sales B2B Sales and targeted sales and get their hands dirty
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends to develop a network of dealers and distributors
Work with builders,



architects and interior designers and any other avenue into real estate to deliver the value of smart homes
Possess good experience in Home/ Office Automation Industry.
Hands on experience in Channel Development, Key Account Development, and must understand end to end Sales life cycle.
Deep knowledge of Channel Sales, Dealer and Distribution Management and know local players.
Should have strategic mind to play key role in dealer networking.
Good communication skills (Fluent in English, Hindi + local language)
Solid passion for hardcore sales and business development activities, go getter for the development of sales.
Should be open for field work,
Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally.
Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success of campaigns.
