Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage security guards and daily security operations.
Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
Maintain security registers, visitor records, and incident reports.
Ensure proper checking of incoming and outgoing materials.
Conduct regular security rounds and identify safety/security risks.
Handle emergencies, incidents, and security-related issues promptly.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Factory Management when required.
Ensure employees follow company security and discipline procedures.
Monitor attendance and shift deployment of security personnel.
Prepare and submit daily security reports to management.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial/factory security.
Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage security guards and handle shift operations.
Basic knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and incident handling.
Age: Preferably below 45 years
