Lead, supervise, and motivate the immigration team to achieve monthly targets.
Monitor team performance, productivity, conversions, and individual KPIs.
Allocate leads/files among team members and ensure timely follow-ups.
Guide team members regarding immigration processes, documentation, and client handling.
Review files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company procedures.
Handle escalated client queries and resolve issues professionally.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth case processing.
Pay: ₹25,937.15 - ₹40,993.27 per month
