REQUIREMENTS:

· EDUCATION: Associate’s degree in Construction Management degree preferred

· EXPERIENCE: Minimum 8 to 10 years cost estimating or related experience

SKILLS:




Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Robust math and analytical skills to collect and interpret data
Ability to understand blueprints and contracts
Outstanding decision-making skills
Calm, professional demeanour
Keen attention to detail
