Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients for interior design, home decoration, furniture, and related services.
Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and project details.
Explain the company’s interior design services, products, materials, and solutions to customers.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
Generate and qualify leads and arrange client meetings, site visits, and appointments.
Follow up regularly with leads and existing clients to convert enquiries into sales.
Maintain solid customer relationships throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with the interior design and sales team for quotations, designs, site visits, and project discussions.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer requirements.
Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.

Required Skills
Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills.




Valuable client handling and relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of interior design and home decoration.
Knowledge of interior materials and products, such as plywood, MDF, laminate, acrylic, veneer, hardware, modular kitchen products, furniture, wallpaper, false ceiling, lighting, flooring, etc.
Good sales, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Confident and professional telephone communication.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
Target-oriented and positive attitude.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in interior sales, telecalling, home decoration, furniture, real estate, or related industries will be preferred.

Experience: 3– 6Years preferred
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000
joining withing 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
