CADD Centre – Tele Counsellor

Job Responsibilities:
Contact prospective students through phone calls and explain CADD Centre’s courses, training programs, and career prospects.
Understand students’ educational background, career interests, and training requirements.
Provide detailed information about available courses, course duration, fees, batches, and placement assistance.
Follow up with leads through regular calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Convert prospective leads into admissions by effectively handling queries and objections.
Maintain and update lead and student information in CRM/Excel.
Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits for interested candidates.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and admission targets.
Maintain valuable relationships with students and provide proper guidance throughout the admission process.
Coordinate with the academic and admission teams for enrolment and course-related requirements.
Prepare daily call reports and maintain accurate records of follow-ups and conversions.
Handle student queries professionally and provide timely solutions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
