At India Circuits Pvt. Ltd., we manufacture high-quality Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) that power a wide range of electronic products. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced HR Executive who understands the people and compliance challenges of a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute bulk hiring drives to meet production manpower requirements.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and factory requirements.
Maintain statutory records, registers and documentation.
Handle employee grievances
Attendance, leave, onboarding, confirmations, and employee records.
Coordinate safety initiatives and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies.
Work closely with department heads to support manpower planning,



employee engagement, and organizational development.

Desired Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related discipline.
Experience in grievance handling, employee relations.
Valuable understanding of factory administration, safety practices, and training & development.
