Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital to ensure effective service delivery.
Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative departments to maintain smooth workflow and interdepartmental collaboration.
Monitor patient care services and hospital facilities to uphold quality standards and patient satisfaction.
Implement and ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and operational strategies.
Supervise staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements.
Oversee inventory control, equipment maintenance, and facility management activities.
Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback to enhance service quality and patient experience.
Prepare operational reports, budget plans, and performance analysis metrics.
Assist hospital leadership in strategic planning, process improvement, and decision-making activities.





Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA) or MBA in Healthcare Management preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration.
Prior experience in coordinating and managing multiple hospital departments is preferred.
