Marketing Duties
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
Manage digital marketing activities (social media, email campaigns, SEO, etc.)
Create promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals

Sales Duties
Identify and pursue current sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Maintain solid relationships with existing clients for repeat business

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales revenue and growth
Lead generation and conversion rate
Customer acquisition and retention
ROI on marketing campaigns
