Position: Presales Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Guindy, Chennai

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and offers.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer data and update the CRM regularly.
Follow up with leads to improve conversion rates.
Generate daily and weekly lead status reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.
Achieve lead qualification and site visit targets.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in Presales, Telecalling, or CRM, preferably in Real Estate.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM software
Robust follow-up and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Preferred
Experience in the Real Estate industry.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
