Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook and Phone Calls.
Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
Prepare quotations and travel itineraries.
Follow up with potential customers until booking confirmation.
Coordinate with hotels, transport partners and the operations team.
Maintain customer records and update daily lead status.
Provide excellent customer support before and after booking.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
