Job Description – Senior Accounts Executive

Position: Senior Accounts Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Handling complete accounting operations independently.
Preparation and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, reconciliation, etc.).
Filing and compliance of TDS Returns along with challans and reconciliation.
Maintaining accurate Books of Accounts and day-to-day bookkeeping.
Preparing and managing Stock Statements and inventory reconciliation.
Handling customer/vendor Billing & Invoicing processes.
Performing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.
Managing accounts payable and receivable.
Monitoring outstanding payments and follow-ups.
Preparing MIS reports, financial reports, and data analysis for management.
Maintaining purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries.
Coordination with auditors, CA, banks, and government departments.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and taxation laws.
Managing petty cash and expense tracking.
Assisting in monthly and yearly account closing activities.




Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances will be preferred.
Maintaining proper documentation and accounting records.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and taxation.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Positive analytical and reconciliation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

Qualification:
Bcom or Mcom Relevant Accounting Qualification
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be responsible, organized, and capable of handling complete accounts operations independently.
Manufacturing industry or Plant experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
