Job Summary:
We are hiring Relationship Officers responsible for loan sales and collections, including JLG (Joint
Liability Group), Personal Loans (PL), and Business Loans (BL). The role involves fieldwork, customer
acquisition, and timely collection follow-ups. Key Responsibilities:
Acquire recent customers for JLG, PL, and BL products
Conduct field visits for sales and collections
Ensure timely collection of loan repayments
Maintain solid relationships with customers
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
Update customer records and daily activity reports
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Any UG Degree
Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates
Age: 20–30 years (preferred)
Mandatory Requirements:
Valid Driving License
Own two-wheeler (Bike)
Working Hours:
7:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹9,688.62 - ₹30,000.00 per month
