Job Role

The Liaison Officer will be responsible for coordinating with government authorities, regulatory bodies, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely approvals, permissions, and compliance for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
Liaise with government departments, municipal corporations, and other statutory authorities.
Follow up for project-related approvals, permissions, NOCs, and certificates.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal teams, and project teams for required documentation.
Submit applications and documents to concerned authorities and track their status.
Maintain proper records of all approvals, applications, correspondence, and documents.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permissions, and statutory approvals.
Regularly visit government offices and concerned departments for follow-ups.
Provide regular updates to management regarding pending approvals and ongoing liaison work.




Handle documentation and coordination related to building permissions, commencement certificates, occupancy certificates, NOCs, and other statutory compliances.
Identify potential delays or issues and coordinate with concerned teams for resolution.

Requirements
Experience in Liaisoning within Real Estate / Construction industry preferred.
Good knowledge of government approval processes and local authorities.
Solid communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Ability to maintain skilled relationships with external authorities and consultants.
Valuable documentation and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel locally for official work.

Experience: 3–8 years preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
