Calling Executive – SATHEE, IIT Kanpur

Role Overview
SATHEE, an initiative of the Ministry of Education, Government of India, developed by IIT Kanpur, is looking for a Calling Executive to handle outbound calls and assist students with their queries related to the SATHEE platform.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students and provide information about SATHEE.
Understand and resolve student queries related to the platform, courses, exams, and resources.
Provide guidance and support to students over the phone.
Maintain call records and follow up with students when required.
Escalate complex queries to the concerned team.

Requirements
Excellent English communication and positive Hindi communication skills.
No Target
Comfortable handling outbound calls and student queries.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior telecalling or customer support experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
