Key Responsibilities
Handle customers and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Explain products, offers, and prices to customers.
Handle billing and POS transactions.
Maintain product display, stock, and shelf arrangement.
Follow FIFO/FEFO and check expiry dates.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and sales returns.
Support stock checking and maintain store cleanliness.
Follow company SOPs and store procedures.
Required Skills
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer/POS knowledge.
Target-oriented and hardworking.
Positive teamwork and time management.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
