Job Role;
To deliver structured language training programs and support learners in achieving Japanese language proficiency goals. The ideal candidate should possess robust Japanese language skills, effective teaching abilities, and a learner-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Japanese language training sessions for students and candidates.
Prepare lesson plans and training materials in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
Assess learner progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and assessments.
Maintain attendance records, training documentation, and performance reports.
Support learners in achieving language proficiency milestones and JLPT examination goals.
Provide guidance on Japanese language usage and cultural understanding.
Coordinate with academic and operational teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
Ensure timely completion of training schedules and curriculum objectives.
Requirements
JLPT N3 certification with at least 1 year of teaching/training experience, or JLPT N2 certification with at least 6 months of teaching/training experience.
Strong proficiency in Japanese language, grammar, reading, writing, and communication.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor learners.
Experience in classroom management and learner facilitation.
Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms/tools.
Solid organizational and reporting skills.
Prior experience in Japanese language training is preferred.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
