Key Responsibilities
Set up, program, and operate CNC turning machines to machine parts from materials like steel and aluminum.
Read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to meet tight tolerances.
Load raw materials, adjust machine settings, perform tool changes, and monitor operations for optimal efficiency.
Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning to ensure machine reliability and safety.
Maintain accurate production records, report issues, and adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.

Essential Skills and Abilities
Robust mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a team setting.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and commitment to workplace safety.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
