We are looking for a hands-on HR qualified to manage recruitment, HR operations and employee management for a B2B construction-materials company.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for Sales, Operations, Accounts & Logistics.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and referrals.
Screening, interviews, salary negotiation and offer closure.
Employee onboarding, attendance, HR documentation and payroll coordination.
Performance tracking and employee engagement.
Build HR processes as the company scales.

Requirements
2–5 years of HR/Recruitment experience.
Strong Talent Acquisition experience.
Experience hiring sales/field-sales teams preferred.
Startup/B2B/construction/logistics/e-commerce experience preferred.
Valuable communication, negotiation and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Preferred: Candidates from Infra.Market, OfBusiness, RDC, Zetwerk, Moglix, Udaan or similar rapid-growing B2B companies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
