Education Counsellor

Location: Mukteshwar
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Age Limit: 25–40 years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Education Counsellor to join our team in Mukteshwar. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, understanding their study-abroad goals, recommending suitable countries/universities, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding study-abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and countries.
Understand students’ academic profiles, career goals, and financial backgrounds.
Provide accurate information about admission and visa processes.
Handle student enquiries and follow up with prospective students.
Achieve monthly counselling and admission/sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update student records in the CRM.




Coordinate with the admissions and visa teams for smooth processing.
Build solid relationships with students and parents.
Stay updated with university requirements, intakes, and study-abroad trends.

Required Skills
Strong student counselling and sales skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Valuable knowledge of the Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry.
Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
Ability to handle students and parents professionally.

Eligibility
Age: 25–40 years
Minimum 2 years experience in education counselling / study abroad / sales will be preferred.
Candidates with strong communication and counselling skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
