Role Purpose At myMD, we are looking for a talented Assistant Manager – Business Development who will be responsible for researching and developing sales & marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales plans. The ideal candidate is ambitious and driven to achieve personal and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Looking after the ongoing campaigns at Diagnostic / Pharmacy level.
Coordinating with the Diagnostic Team / Pharmacies regarding daily pharmacy sales and recent customer billings.
Looking after the marketing requirements of the Diagnostic / Pharmacies.
Field visits to identify sales & marketing-related issues.
Training employees to enhance their pitching skills and effectively upsell our services.
Generating relevant reports and ensuring implementation of company policies in pharmacies.

Essential Skillset




Willingness and ability to travel as required for this role.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable in approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Solid communication and negotiation skills.

Educational background: BBA / B.Com.

Education Qualification & Experience BBA / B.Com graduates are eligible to apply.
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience in sales, business development, or healthcare are welcome.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
