Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our 14+ member sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance across online and offline channels, developing effective sales strategies, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a 14+ member sales team.
Develop and implement effective offline and online sales strategies.
Drive sales targets across multiple channels.
Coach, train, and mentor sales team members.
Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
Develop strategies to improve sales performance, conversion, and revenue.
Build and maintain robust customer and business relationships.
Identify new sales opportunities and support business expansion.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Ensure effective execution of sales processes and maintain high team productivity.

Required Qualifications & Skills




Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
4–6 years of relevant sales experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership or sales team management.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Fluency in Malayalam and English.
Ability to manage and motivate a large sales team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
