Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with 5 years of proven
expertise in managing projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined scope, timelines, and budget,
while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning sessions, define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying risks and issues.
Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency and timely updates.
Conduct regular project reviews and prepare status reports for leadership.
Ensure adherence to organizational processes, standards, and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field

(Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in project management across [IT/Construction/Finance/etc.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP, or

PRINCE2 preferred).
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Robust problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

Nice to Have:
