Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, develop current business opportunities, and drive sales growth in the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
Develop current leads and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor sales performance and conversion.
Coordinate with technical and project teams.
Prepare sales reports and track targets.
Develop strategies to increase revenue and market reach.

Skills Required
Relevant experience in Sales & Business Development.
Solar industry experience will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Valuable negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
Target-oriented approach with strong business development skills.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
