Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing medical procedures.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Provide continuous assessment of patients' conditions, identifying early signs of deterioration and initiating appropriate interventions.
Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing updates and support in difficult situations.
Document patient conditions, treatments, and changes in the medical record in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Adhere to infection control protocols to prevent hospital-acquired infections.
Ensure patient and staff safety by following established procedures and guidelines for the ICU setting.

Education:
BSC Nursing or GNM
Minimum 1+ years Experience in ICU
