Key Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor production plans in alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements.
Ensure effective scheduling of orders to meet delivery timelines.
Collaborate with various departments (Production, Purchase, Quality, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
Plan and allocate resources (materials, manpower, and machines) effectively to meet production targets.
Maintain and monitor inventory levels to support production requirements and minimize overstock.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings for accurate planning and coordination.
Prepare and maintain planning documents and reports using MS Office tools and SAP.
Track production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.
Communicate regularly with all relevant stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of production planning and control processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in inventory management and resource planning
Knowledge of order scheduling techniques and tools
Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
2–4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry
