Service Engineer – Mechanical (Machine Tools & SPM)

Base Location: Khopoli

Experience: 4+ Years

Reporting To: Service Manager

Travel: Pan-India & International (Extensive)

Role Overview

The Mechanical Service Engineer will be responsible for installation,

commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machine

tools and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs). The role is highly

field-oriented and requires frequent domestic and international

travel.

When based in the office, the engineer will support operations, spare

parts coordination, order follow-ups, documentation, and internal

technical activities.

Key Responsibilities
Installation, assembly, and precision alignment of machine

structures and sub-assemblies
Mechanical troubleshooting and in office repairs
Preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer locations




Reading and interpretation of mechanical drawings
Troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Coordination with automation and electrical teams during service

and commissioning
Customer interaction during service visits and handover

Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
4+ years of service experience in machine tools or SPMs
Robust knowledge of mechanical drives, spindles, hydraulics, and

pneumatics
Ability to work independently at customer sites
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
Willingness to travel extensively

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
