We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Intern to support our manufacturing and operations team. The intern will assist in material procurement, equipment maintenance coordination, and fabrication supervision to ensure smooth factory operations and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Material Procurement
Source materials from existing vendors based on project and production requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.
Assist in identifying, evaluating, and developing new vendors.
Maintain records of vendor communications, purchase requirements, and procurement status.
Equipment Maintenance
Conduct weekly inspections and checks of factory equipment and machinery.
Coordinate repairs, servicing, or replacement of equipment as required.
Monitor and maintain inventory of consumables and maintenance-related materials.
Report equipment issues and assist in maintaining maintenance logs and records.
Fabrication Supervision
Perform dimensional inspection and quality checks of fabricated jobs.
Inspect fabricated components to ensure conformity with engineering drawings and specifications.
Create, update, and maintain job cards and related production documentation.




Coordinate with fabrication teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
Familiarity with measuring instruments and dimension inspection techniques.
Valuable organisational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
Solid communication and problem-solving abilities.
