Data Entry Operator

NRE Industries LLP is looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Choutuppal, Telangana.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining production-related records, entering data accurately, preparing Excel sheets, and supporting day-to-day documentation and administrative activities at the factory.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update daily factory and operational data accurately.
Maintain production, material, inventory, dispatch, and other relevant records.
Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports, and documentation.
Verify data and correct errors or discrepancies.
Maintain both digital and physical records in an organized manner.
Collect and compile data from different departments.
Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, dispatch, and other departments as required.
Ensure timely completion of daily data entry and reporting activities.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company information.
Perform other data entry and documentation tasks assigned by the management.





Requirements
12th Pass / Graduate.
0–2 years of experience in Data Entry, Back Office, Factory Administration, or a similar role.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive typing speed with accuracy.
Strong attention to detail.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work with large amounts of data and maintain accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in a factory/manufacturing environment.

Freshers with positive computer knowledge and MS Excel skills are also welcome to apply.
