Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on warm leads
Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries confidently
Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups using CRM tools
Maintain call records and update customer data accurately
Meet daily and weekly call targets with consistent quality
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through every interaction
Positive communication skills in Tamil
