Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled CyberArk PAM L3 Support Engineer with solid expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), CyberArk administration, troubleshooting,



platform support, and enterprise security operations.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implementation, and architecture of CyberArk PAM solutions
Install, upgrade, and configure CyberArk components
Lead onboarding of complex platforms (databases, cloud, network devices,
applications)
Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Performance tuning and capacity planning
Security hardening and compliance alignment
Integrate CyberArk with AD, LDAP, SIEM, MFA, and cloud platforms
Mentor L2 team and provide technical guidance
Work with vendors and stakeholders on critical issues
Required Skills*
Robust hands-on expertise in CyberArk PAM (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSM Session)
Experience with upgrades, DR setup, and high availability
Advanced scripting (PowerShell, REST APIs)
Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, and networking
Experience with cloud PAM (AWS, Azure, GCP – preferred)
Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance
Certifications (Preferred)*
CyberArk Defender / Sentry / Guardian
