Notice period: Immediate joiner or 15 days.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul of road construction and mining machinery (Wheel Loaders, Excavators, Soil Compactors, Motor Graders).
Diagnostics: Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic failures using specialized diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
In office Field Service: Respond promptly to field service calls at mining sites and road construction project locations to minimize machinery downtime.
Parts & Components: Identify required replacement parts, assist in order placement, and inspect components for wear, damage, or defect.
Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed field service reports, work orders, warranty claims, and maintenance logs after completing each assignment.
Customer Support: Coordinate with site managers and equipment operators,



providing technical advice and operational best practices to prevent equipment misuse.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical trade qualification).
Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in servicing heavy earthmoving, road construction, or mining equipment.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic circuits, transmission systems, auto-electrical systems, and electronic control modules (ECMs).
Soft Skills & Mobility: Robust problem-solving abilities, willingness to travel extensively across site locations, and valid driving license.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
