Job Title: 3D Asset Developer

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills & experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Artist & Animator with hands-on experience in low-poly modeling, character animation, texturing, and asset design for RTS (Real-Time Strategy) games. You will be part of a energetic team developing stylized 3D assets and animations optimized for game engines.

Key Responsibilities:
Create low-poly 3D models of characters, environments, and props for stylized games
Develop and animate characters, creatures, and objects suitable for real-time rendering
Apply textures, UV mapping, and stylized materials using industry-standard tools
Optimize models for performance in RTS game environments (LOD, poly count, etc.)




Work closely with the game design and development team to align assets with gameplay requirements
Maintain asset consistency and meet art direction standards
Troubleshoot and refine animations to ensure smooth integration in game engines

Required Skills:
Experience with Unity
Must be daily PC gamer
Robust skills in low-poly asset creation and stylized art
Knowledge of rigging and animating characters and mechanical objects
Familiarity with RTS game elements (camera angles, unit movement, isometric view, etc.)
