Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil and interior work at project sites.
Prepare and verify BOQs, measurements, estimates, and material requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, and other site teams.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and timelines.
Monitor quality of construction and finishing work.
Check material consumption and minimize wastage.
Take accurate site measurements and maintain site records.
Identify site issues and provide practical solutions.
Coordinate with clients and update them regarding project progress.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.
Coordinate material procurement and delivery as per project requirements.
Monitor labour productivity and project costs.
