Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in key account delivery and operational leadership, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven track record in managing key accounts and enhancing customer experiences.
Experience in robotic process automation and process engineering initiatives.
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and drive operational excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.
Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve ambitious productivity targets.
Familiarity with industry trends in hospitality or retail sectors is a plus.
Proficient in project planning and execution with a focus on service quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of strategic business services to key accounts, ensuring operational excellence and high client satisfaction.
Oversee project planning and execution,

Champion process engineering initiatives to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge robotic process automation solutions.
Monitor and refine service delivery processes based on industry trends and client feedback.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Set and drive ambitious productivity targets for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Stay informed of developments in the B2B SaaS landscape and apply insights to enhance service offerings.
Foster a cooperative and accountable work setting to support team growth and development.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
