About the Role

Happie Dealz is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop current client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills with a proven ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Generate leads and convert prospects into business clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable Happie Dealz solutions.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Negotiate and close business deals effectively.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients.
Track sales performance, prepare reports,



and provide updates to management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Represent Happie Dealz professionally and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements
0–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid negotiation and convincing skills.
Good client relationship management skills.
Ability to generate leads and close deals.
Target-oriented with a strong business mindset.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Candidates with experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, or business consultancy will have an added advantage.
