Position: Electronics Technical Head

Reports To: Director / CTO

Role Overview

Lead the electronics engineering function at Sinaxis, overseeing hardware design,

development, and technical delivery across assigned projects and product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end electronics design including schematics, PCB layout,

embedded systems, and system integration
Manage and mentor a team of electronics engineers; define technical roadmaps

and delivery milestones
Evaluate and select components, vendors, and manufacturing partners; manage

BOM and cost optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, firmware, QA) for seamless

hardware-software integration
Ensure compliance with applicable standards (EMI/EMC, RoHS, CE, and others

as required)
Review and approve technical documentation, test plans, and design validation

reports




Lead failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions
Stay updated on emerging hardware technologies and recommend adoption

where relevant

Qualifications & Skills
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or related field (M.Tech

preferred)
5+ years of hands-on experience in electronics product development
Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, KiCAD, or equivalent)
Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, FPGA, or sensor systems
Robust leadership, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills
Experience in industrial or defence-grade product development is an advantage

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
