Provide training on company profile, policies, products, and services.
Conduct product knowledge and practical application training.
Organize regular skill development and refresher training sessions.
Identify employee training needs and performance/skill gaps.
Prepare training presentations, materials, assessments, and modules.
Conduct product demonstrations, role plays, and practical sessions.
Coordinate with department heads for department-specific training.
Evaluate training effectiveness and employee learning progress.
Maintain training attendance, feedback, assessment, and training records.
Prepare monthly/quarterly training calendars and reports.
Support continuous learning and overall employee development
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
