Operate the edge banding machine safely and efficiently for interior furniture and panel works.
Apply edge banding accurately to MDF, plywood, particle board, and other interior panels as per drawings and specifications.
Check panel dimensions, material type, and edge quality before processing.
Set and adjust glue temperature, pressure, feed speed, and other machine settings as required.
Ensure proper bonding and alignment of edge bands on all panels.
Trim, scrape, and finish edges neatly without damaging the panels or laminate surface.
Inspect completed panels for proper bonding, finishing, alignment, and overall quality.
Follow project-specific drawings, cutting lists, and production requirements.




Minimize material wastage and ensure effective use of edge banding materials.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Coordinate with the production team to complete interior furniture work within the required schedule.
Report machine faults, material defects, measurement issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
