· Site Operations: Oversee daily structural and finishing tasks for multi-story apartment work.
· Quality Control: Inspect concrete pours, masonry, steel fixing, and shuttering against structural drawings.
· Team Coordination: Direct onsite laborers, masons, and specialized trade subcontractors.
· Safety Compliance: Enforce use of personal protective equipment and transparent hazard rules.
· Progress Tracking: Monitor daily output to hit construction milestone targets.
Requirements and Skills
· Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
· Experience: 3 to 7 years working on residential or high-rise building projects.
· Technical Skills: Robust ability to read architectural and structural blueprints.
Soft Skills: Transparent communication, leadership, and onsite problem-solving abilities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
