Roles & Responsibilities
Guide and counsel students in selecting the right professional courses based on their career aspirations.
Drive revenue through consultative selling, warm calling, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to admission closure.
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and enrollment targets consistently.
Build robust rapport with students, parents, and working professionals to provide an excellent counseling experience.
Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely fee collection and documentation.




Act as a senior individual contributor by mentoring new team members and sharing best sales practices whenever required.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and student experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in inside sales / EdTech sales / consultative sales.
Proven track record of achieving high sales targets consistently.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
Leadership mindset with the ability to influence and guide peers while being an individual contributor.
High ownership, energy, and problem-solving attitude.
